V-Ray - You just can't get it right always...

I've been getting some black patches on render. Have been trying to get it fixed.

01. Screwed up version

Settings Used:
Used a Vray light .. light blue envoirnment.
adaptive subdivision - on
indirect illumination - on (default settings)
direct combustion depth - 300
shadow subdivisions - 15

02. Finally I got it fixed, not sure what I did but it did get fixed.

will texture it up and see how it comes out ... ;)

Test render using V-Ray. It is an amazing piece of tool for 3D studio Max. It just gears up your 3D renders to the next level.

You can see more details about V-Ray from their official site on www.chaosgroup.com
